A web app for planning and tracking well-plate experiments
Keeping track of which sample went into which well, under what condition, and which wells have already been used is a daily headache in cell culture work. I built Plate Map Tracker to replace paper notes and scattered spreadsheets with a visual, searchable record of every plate.
Supports 4- to 384-well plates, with project, seeding date (Day 0), experiment date, and status (Planned → Running → Done)
Drag to group wells, then label each group with a color, treatment condition, and notes
Mark wells taken out for downstream experiments as “used”
Export plate maps as CSV for analysis
Optional Google sign-in for real-time sync between PC and phone; data stays private to each user
Available in English and Korean
